I had amazing experienced with this place. Food is good, also room service. Specially view is perfect morning and evening. This is my second experience. Price also very reasonable.

This place is quite scenic. St. Claire's waterfall is visible from the room. Devon waterfall viewing gallery is within walking distance. A beautiful morning view with sunrise. Food can be improved by including more variety. Rooms are fairly comfortable. But could improve further by replacing curtains and broken window glasses.

Very beautiful location in Thalawakele . Nice view in room. I think this is one of famous hotel in Near Nuwara Eliya. The Waterfall Villas loving place. Parking available. Friendly staff. Foods is taste.. Highly recommended. The Waterfall Villas I will be back.

One of the beautiful places i have visited. Eyecatching view of st clair waterfall an green mountains. Very calm, place cabans are just great to have inside in knight time. I think rooms are ok, i had little hot water issue, and food serverd in the knight time is not in good standard. But can enjoy. We had local buffet in the morning. Buffet was good and better to add some juice or tea. 👍👍

The view was extraordinary, the rooms are clean and well maintained. No toiletries were kept in the bathroom. There are lot of insects in the night. The room was ambient and peaceful with more privacy. It is a best place for couple and group tour people. The drawback with the food was not at all good. The service was good.

Room was with damper patches including the dining area. And we had to checkout in one night stay due to unavailability of WiFi.

This took me about time to post.I recently visited the place for my husband's birthday and the customer service was so good that they helped me to surprise my husband with a cake and decorations. The customer service,location and almist everthing was peefect. They also set up a candle light dinner for us in our balcony❤️ Hope to go there again.
